CONTROL OF TEETH GRINDING
The occlusal plate is a rigid acrylic device that reduces the harmful effects of grinding and clenching teeth in the medium and long term. In patients suffering from bruxism, it helps prevent premature tooth wear, tooth fractures, frequent headaches, joint pain, crunching and muscle tension. Worn day or night as needed, the occlusal plate prevents the bottom and top teeth from touching, thus eliminating excessive friction and promoting muscle and joint relaxation.

MOUTH GUARD FOR ATHLETES
Mouth guard are used to protect the jaw from blows or falls when practicing certain sports. One of the advantages of having a mouth guard designed by your dentist is that it will be tailor-made for your mouth. This greatly increases its efficiency and comfort. Wearing a custom mouthguard prevents tooth fractures, soft tissue lacerations and serious jaw injuries. In addition to protection, it helps absorb shock better and reduces the risk of concussions, guaranteeing safer sports practice.

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT
Root canal treatment allows you to keep your tooth rather than having it extracted when it is infected, damaged or dead. Also called endodontic treatment, it consists of removing the infected pulp (nerve) inside the tooth. This treatment helps maintain good alignment of the teeth and avoid jaw problems. After a root canal, the tooth must be restored to its original function and appearance. Your dentist will use a permanent filling or a crown, depending on the strength of the remaining part of the treated tooth.

EXTRACTION DE DENTS DE SAGESSE
Wisdom teeth are the third molars located at the bottom of the dental arches. They are the last to erupt in early adulthood. Unfortunately, in the majority of people, a lack of space prevents them from fully erupting or leaves them semi-impacted in the jaw. To avoid complications such as infections, cysts or damage to adjacent teeth, it is often recommended to have them extracted in early adulthood. This preventative intervention helps maintain good oral health.

NITROGEN PROTOXIDE SEDATION (ON REFERENCE ONLY)
Nitrous oxide, also called "laughing gas", is a mild and safe sedation method used in dentistry. Administered through a nasal mask in the form of a gas mixture with oxygen, it helps reduce anxiety and increase comfort during dental care. Particularly suitable for children and anxious patients, its effects are rapid and completely reversible a few minutes after administration is stopped. This gentle solution allows patients to remain conscious and cooperative while being relaxed, thus facilitating dental treatments in the best conditions.
